Orders
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can access the shipping address editor and cancel order option via the order status page immediately after checkout and from your order confirmation. Shipping address modifications and order cancellations must be done within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Outside this window we are unable to guarantee any modifications or cancellations.
How can I report a missing or defective item from my order?
We take feedback from our customers very seriously and we're always trying to improve our service. If you have had any issues with quality or damages, please let us know so that we can provide you with a refund or replacement. We may request images for all issues to do with quality and damages. US customers should reach out to hello@samesidestudio.com with their order number.
I requested a refund - how long will it take to reach my bank account?
Once we have refunded your order, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@samesidestudio.com.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers in the Continental US and hope to expand our shipping territories in the near future!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE U.S. Standard and Expedited Shipping on Orders $25+
All other orders are subject to the following shipping fees:
- $5 Standard (3 to 4 business days)
- $8 Expedited (2 business days)
What is your standard delivery time?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard (3 to 4 business days)
- Expedited (2 business days)
*Orders will typically ship same day if placed by 12pm/noon PST. Orders placed after 12pm/noon PST will ship the next business day. Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
I gave you the wrong address on an order. Am I able to change it?
